My Ph.D. research focused on women entrepreneurship and empowerment, titled "Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment: An Empirical Study of Rural Women Entrepreneurs in Karnataka." The study examined 504 usable responses collected through self-reporting questionnaires from rural women entrepreneurs engaged in activities such as vegetable cultivation, food processing, poultry farming, and more. The research utilized convenience sampling and a mixed-method approach. Key findings revealed the significant influence of social, financial, and psychological support, knowledge, and operational risk on women entrepreneurs' success, which in turn positively affected their empowerment. The study emphasized the need for targeted interventions to support rural women entrepreneurs for sustainable development. My publications primarily focus on women entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation, risk perception, and determinants of success among women entrepreneurs. The research outputs have been published in reputed journals, contributing to academic and practical insights in the fields of management and economic studies.
