Ghanshyam Sharma is an empirical microeconomist with a focus on public and health economics. He has a PhD in Economics from Clemson University, USA. He has previously taught at State University of New York (Oswego), Seton Hall University, and Hiram College. He has also worked at the Planning Commission of India, National Council of Applied Economics Research (NCAER), and Centre for Civil Society.
He was also an Adam Smith Fellow at the Mercatus Center, George Mason University and Koch Summer Fellow, Department of Philosophy, University of New Orleans.
