With a strong belief in the power of education to transform lives, Prof. Neha is committed to making learning a joyful and enriching experience for all. A passionate educator with over 9+ years of combined proficiency in teaching and industry, her journey as a design educator has been enriched by myriad of travel experiences. Her teaching philosophy is centered on fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every learner feels valued and inspired to reach their full potential. An advocate of continuous learning, she has led many Faculty Development programs, been actively involved in curriculum development and leading extracurricular activities. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading, writing, and exploring new cultures, which often provide fresh perspectives and ideas that she tends to bring forth into her teaching.
